Milestone Map
Milestones are the checkpoints between where you are and a finished PhD. Mapping them with their dependencies shows which dates are fixed, which are flexible, and which delays would ripple into everything after them.
How to use it
- Add only milestones your program and project actually involve.
- Mark a date as hard if your institution, a funder or a season sets it. Mark it soft if you set it yourself.
- When one date moves, check every milestone that depends on it.
