By using Simpl-Ify and Scholarwell, you agree to these terms. They are written to be read.

What Scholarwell is

Scholarwell gives general guidance, tools and research summaries for graduate students. It is not medical, mental health, legal, immigration or financial advice, and it does not replace your university's official rules. Always check your program's regulations, and official government pages for visas and work rules, before you act.

Not an emergency service

If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency number or a helpline. Scholarwell lists helplines on its Get help page.

Your school's pages

Your school page links to your university's own public website. We don't control those pages and can't promise they are complete or current. If something looks wrong, your graduate office has the final word.

Applying to graduate school

The program finder, program details and country guides are read automatically from universities' and governments' public websites, or researched from them, to save you time. They can miss things or be out of date, so always confirm deadlines, requirements and fees on the program's official page before you apply. The fit check and any detailed review are guidance, not an admissions decision, and we can't promise any outcome.

Your data

What you enter is stored on your own device, and in your account if you create one, as explained in our privacy policy. Please keep your username, password and recovery code somewhere safe. We don't collect email addresses for accounts, so we can't restore an account if both the password and the recovery code are lost. You are responsible for keeping a copy of your data if you need one.

Scholarwell Plus

Plus is a subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown when you join. You can cancel at any time and keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for. If you have a problem with a payment, email us.

Our content

The guides, scripts, tools and designs on Simpl-Ify belong to Simpl-Ify. You are welcome to use them for your own study and to adapt the scripts for your own messages. Please don't republish or sell them.

Fair use of the service

Please don't try to break, overload or copy the service, or use it to harm anyone.

Limits

Simpl-Ify is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error free, and we aren't responsible for decisions you make based on it.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
